College Contractors Club started as students taking on the yard work neighbors needed done but didn't have time for — raking, cleanup, gardening, minor repairs — quickly, quietly, and within budget.
The name changed. The idea didn't: giving neighbors and independent local providers a place to find one another.
Founded by college students in Pasadena, California — and carried all the way up to Alaska.

The crew often chose manual tools — a rake instead of a leaf blower — to keep mornings peaceful and the air clean. Homes are sanctuaries; the work should respect that. Seniors and neighbors who needed a hand were never an afterthought.
One crew can't be everywhere, and no single company can do it all. Contractors Club now opens that same community idea to independent local providers across more trades — facilitating introductions instead of doing the work ourselves.
Listen to the client first. Respect the neighborhood. Be honest about what you can and can't do — and when it's someone else's specialty, say so. That habit shaped the platform: today, Contractors Club facilitates introductions between project owners and independent providers. We don't perform the work, employ providers, set prices, certify providers, endorse users or guarantee outcomes.
