Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use Contractors Club. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Introduction platform

Contractors Club provides directory, project, offer and messaging tools that can help project owners and independent providers find and communicate with one another. Contractors Club is not a contractor, employer, staffing agency, broker, certifier, endorser, guarantor or party to agreements between users. We do not perform or supervise project work, set users' prices or control how independent providers perform their work.

Accounts and user content

Keep your account and contact information accurate, protect access to your email and sign-in links, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for content you submit, including profiles, projects, offers and messages, and must have the right to share it. You give Contractors Club permission to host, process and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for assessing the other party; independently verifying identity, references, licensing, insurance, qualifications and authority; obtaining permits; agreeing directly on written scope, price, payment, timing, warranties and changes; keeping appropriate records; and complying with applicable law. Providers are responsible for their own work, business operations, taxes, workers, equipment and safety practices.

No endorsement or guarantee

An application, profile, listing, offer, introduction, message or review by Contractors Club does not constitute screening, certification, endorsement or a guarantee. User-provided statements may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. We do not guarantee identity, credentials, availability, quality, safety, legality, pricing, payment or project outcomes.

License information

License pages and links are general starting points only. They are not legal advice, a determination that a license is or is not required, or verification of any user's credentials. Requirements can vary by work type, value, location and time. Confirm current rules and a provider's status with the applicable issuing authority before work begins.

Prohibited use

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, unsafe or infringing content; impersonate others; misstate credentials; scrape or misuse personal information; send spam; interfere with the service; bypass safeguards or access controls; or use the service to exploit workers, providers or project owners.

Moderation and availability

We may review, restrict or remove content and may suspend or end access when reasonably needed to operate or protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law. We do not promise to review every item or message. Features may change, be unavailable or be discontinued.

Disputes and liability

Users resolve project, contract and payment disputes directly. To the extent permitted by law, Contractors Club is not responsible for acts, omissions, content, work, property damage, injury, payment or agreements of independent users, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
